Returns
We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and feeding products that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email support@parsecdrop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization can't be processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. Still nothing? Email support@parsecdrop.com and we'll track it down.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
