Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
  • Flat $6.99 standard shipping on US orders under $50
  • Standard delivery: 7-12 business days after processing

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Multiple shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email support@parsecdrop.com right away. We can update the address any time before the order ships. Once it's in transit, we're unable to redirect packages.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ParsecDrop isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early. Still missing? Email us and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.

Shipping locations

We currently ship World-Wide. We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
